After heat treatment, they go through rough turning, dynamic balancing, airtightness testing then finishing, machining, painting and finally impact testing before packaging.
Machining
After rough turning the aluminium needs to be finish turned, this step mainly involves cutting the machine face and milling the PCD holes etc.
Finish Process
